Food

> Meals are served during the following times:
Breakfast: 7 to 8 a.m.
Lunch: 12 to 13 p.m.
Dinner: 18 to 19 p.m.

> Any changes to this schedule will be announced on the day of the change. Meals will not be served outside of these times.

> Each person will be responsible for washing his/her own dishes.

> We request that you do not remove any dishes from the dining hall.

> If you are a vegetarian, we request that you let us know in advance (hospedagem@odsalling.org).

Tsog is an elaborate cerimony that uses food and drinks of different tastes as objects of meditation and purification.

	Who are we? Chagdud Gonpa Odsal Ling is a Tibetan Buddhist Nyingma center founded in 1993 by H.E. Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche and directed by Lama Tsering Everest. Our two centers are the Temple, located in Cotia, and the urban center in the city of São Paulo.
